If product weight is under 60 lbs it will be shipped via fed-ex or ups ground shipping and standard rates will apply.

 

Products that are shipped via common carrier (semi truck) will arrive on a pallet with packing material. Products can be very heavy and need to be handled with extreme care.  When unpacking or moving items, additional people may be necessary for handling, unpacking, or movement of items. Customer is responsible for unpacking shipment, disposing of packing materials and inspecting for damage.  Contact must be made  to Potteryland Inc. or Potteryland-Online.com within 48 hours if item is damaged or missing parts.  Proof of damage may be necessary, and customer may need to photograph damage.
