Please make certain the product you order is what you want, correct size, color, ect.  Returns are very difficult to process due to the nature of our products.  Customer must contact Potteryland Inc., or Potteryland-Online.com to receive authorization for return shipping.  Customer is responsible for arranging and payment of the back shipment, 20% restocking fee, and any other cost associated with a return.  Once product is received, and shipment is inspected for damage, a refund will be authorized.
