Customer must contact Potteryland Inc., or Potteryland-Online.com to receive authorization for return shipping. Customer is responsible for arranging and payment of the back shipment, 20% restocking fee, and any other cost associated with a return. Once product is received, and shipment is inspected for damage, a refund will be authorized.
