· Concrete fountain and birdbath bowls must be turned upside down on the pedestal, (or a piece of wood) or laid on its side for the winter months. Doing this prevents freezing, cracking, or crumbling of the bowls. Make sure piece cannot retain any water.
· The bottom of the pedestal must be elevated off of the frost on a piece of wood or gravel for the winter months.
· Do Not cover with plastic.
· Pumps are designed to run up to 10 hours per day; and should be stored inside for winter.
· If you wish to paint the items, use exterior latex paint only.
· Do Not spray with sealers.
